Quinn: -Smiles and goes to put her hand on his leg- I guess you chose to put tape on it so that you didn't have to take it off?
Sam: You mean to listen to the doctors? Yes. I don't want that ring to leave your finger. Especially since it can get lost.
Quinn: It's a very special ring to me so I don't to loose it so thank you.
Sam: -Smiles as he looks down at the wedding ring her created for her-
Quinn: -Goes to look at it and then notices something new- Wait, is that a heart?
Sam: Yes, that was on there originally.
Quinn: I must've never seen it. Especially since you hid it from me until the wedding day. I mean, I showed you your ring.
Sam: Because you wanted to. I wanted to keep it a surprise because that way, it would be more romantic when I slipped it on your finger the first and final time.
Quinn: -Smiles at him- Now just curious Sam, what happened to my engagement ring? I mean I get you said it is in here now but please don't tell me you bought a replica to use in this.
Sam: -Chuckles- I got a replica ring and switched it overnight one time. So the one you were wearing on our wedding day when I slipped it off and put this one on instead was just a cheap replica. This is the real one. -Looks at it and smiles-
Quinn: Wow.
Sam: The replica one went back to the store though so...
Quinn: It's fine. I would rather have the original anyday.
Sam: -Smiles at her and then leans in to kiss her softly- I love you.
Quinn: I love you too.
Sam: -Smiles at her before pulling away-
Judy: Quinn, do you think I can look at your ring?
Quinn: Of course. -Looks at Sam smiling- Can I just give it to her to examine it close?
Sam: -Sighs- 2 minutes. Remember, I said never take it off.
Quinn: -Chuckles and goes to take it off temporarily while letting her mom look at it-
