Sam: Everything okay?
Quinn Phone Call (PC): Yes, your mom just wanted to let you know that we are ordering in some chinese tonight if that's okay?
Sam: Of course that's okay. Uhm, you know my order right?
Quinn PC: Sam, I am your wife, of course I know it by now.

Sam: -Chuckles- Okay, well uhm, when do I need to be back.
Quinn PC: Ya, why are you out so long. I thought you would be back by now.
Sam: I am talking to Finn, Kurt and Blaine right now.
Quinn PC: Oh, is everything okay?
Sam: Yes, of course. Finn and I are fine remember?

Quinn PC: It is always a worry for me.
Sam: Well, don't let it be. Me and Finn are fine and he is happy for us.
Quinn PC: You didn't tell him about Rachel did you?
Sam: I thought I would tell him that we are supporting them. I explained and he is fine with it. I told him though I don't want it to be awkward and he is cool with that.
Quinn PC: Okay, it just worries me.

Sam: Here, you want to be put on speaker so Finn can tell you there is nothing to worry about now that I have told him that we are supporting them?
Quinn PC: Please?
Sam: Okay. -Puts her on speaker- Quinn, you are on speaker with Kurt, Blaine, Finn and myself.
Quinn PC: Hey guys!
Finn: Hey Quinn, trust me when I say this but I am fine with you supporting them.
Quinn PC: I am glad to hear that because I was worried it would create problems for Sam at work.
